Marketed as 'job hunting for millennials,' it just restricts the job listings to a tiny selection, and every one of them says applicants hardly ever get a response within two weeks.

Honestly, if you want to land a job in the next year, you should look somewhere else. Especially for remote positions, because that option is just plain terrible. Please quit advertising 'remote' jobs that require you to be in a specific location; that’s not remote at all. Plus, it makes it tough to see all the available roles on Otta, just the ones they think you should see.
